i dont usually draw canine/feline pokemon. i know people who literally sit at home and critique the hell out of even professional artists, not in a comment mind, and they particularly pick on those animals. seriously turned me off drawing them. i dont mind some dodgey anatomy. so. claws are claws, paws are paws. im still learning. my way. (: |

It was released as a TV special in Japan and then later on video - I did try and get a copy but couldn't as it was only available for rental in Japan :I
It was later dubbed into English and released in the UK on the 1st "Pokemon Chronicles" DVD.
I'm not sure if it was ever released in America, but there's a lot of subbed copies of the Japanese version on the net. Just search "Raikou Legend of Thunder" - I'm pretty sure it's uploaded in bits on YouTube but has that annoying text in the centre as it was done with a screenrecorder :Tc
You could always look up a torrent for it - that's what I did c:
